Ate a 1/4 lb burger, fries and a coffee from Stittsville McDonalds Sunday and have been sick since. Extreme bloating, diarrhea and lethargic.

April 12th I ate a Bacon McDouble meal at the stittsville location, it was the only thing I ate that day. My partner had a junior chicken meal. The burger tasted a bit off but I thought it might have been left out for a few minutes…
