My family and I ordered McDonald’s around 7pm before heading to the airport. I ordered the $5 deal with mcchicken sandwich and nuggets, 1 child had 6 piece nugget happy meal, 1 child had cheeseburger happy meal, and husband had 2 mcchicken sandwiches. I had shared 2 of my chicken nuggets with my youngest child. Overnight I heard my youngest making weird noises in her crib throughout the night, but she was sleeping through it so I didn’t think much of it. Around 230am my middle child comes in to bed with me and his vomiting episodes had started then. From 230am to 730am he had vomited 7 times and couldn’t get much sleep in between the episodes. My stomach started to hurt around midnight and I felt pretty gassy. I had diarrhea around 330 and again around 530. At this point I started to feel nauseous and stomach was cramping really bad. It’s been 3 days of having symptoms for me. Luckily my children got it out of their systems faster than mine is taking. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Gas
