Picked up dinner last night (11/30/18) at McDonald's on Mansfield Rd in Shreveport Louisiana. I ordered 2 spicy chicken Sandwiches for my son, a hamburger Happy meal for my daughter and a bacon mcdouble each for me and my husband.. every one ate their dinner no problem until this morning (12/1/18) around 7am my son (age 14) woke up and complained of stomach cramps and it wasn't long after that he was vomiting, and had bad diarrhea and got dehydrated very quickly.. He had all the symptoms of food poisoning and the culprit at fault was McDonald's.. his pediatrician confirmed that he had seen 2 other patients (brother & sister) who was sick with food poisoning after eating at that same McDonald's just two days prior. I will never eat at that McDonald's again better yet I'll just avoid McDonald's all together. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
