Brought a quarter pounder meal from Marsden park McDonalds near IKEA at first I started feeling light headed and dizzy as the day progress I felt worse and started vomiting that was the only food i ate that day it was about 10:40am when i purchase McDonald's it was definitely the French fries that made me sick | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Lightheaded

French fries are unlikely to give you food poisoning. It sounds like you picked up a virus from somewhere. Dizziness and light headed are not usually symptoms of food poisoning.
