3 days ago I went there and ordered some fries and a BigMac at 5 P.M, just 3 hours later I already feel my stomach going wild. I had cramps for the whole night and vomited once. I barely slept that night. I was extremely ill and nauseous the entire next day, and had serious diarrhea. Yesterday and today have been slightly better, but I'm still nauseous, ill and have diarrhea. I'm almost certain the big mac caused it because except for the burger I only ate bread that day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Vomiting, Cramps
