My wife ate the Chilli Chiken wrap. Said it tasted unusual but thought a different sauce was used. Later that evening she was violently sick. This happened on Sunday 20th March. She has now had the diarrhoea for the last 2 days. She is completely take out feeling weak. She is making a slow recovery. We have now vowed to never eat Macdonalds again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness
