McDonald's, I bought McDonald's at 9:57 AM ate it, I felt fine until 12:45 PM. I started to feel flushed and nauseous as I was getting ready for work. I ended up vomiting and having severe diarrhea. I had nothing else to eat today. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
