I ate the thin and crispy mushroom and sausage pizza and became ill several hours later. Began vomiting early Sunday morning approximately 3am and this continued thru Monday. I was the only one in the family who ate this pizza  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Had an all-American cheeseburger with all of the toppings. Six hours later had uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea, 104 degree fever and shaking chills in the rest of the body.
