Myself and my fiance ordered food July 7 around 430. I had a double cheese quar pounder with jalapenos, large fry and an Oreo Frappe. She had a quarter pounder with cheese, a large fry and a Coke Zero. About 30 minutes after eating, I had nausea and diarrhea. She had vomiting, nausea and diarrhea. This is the only thing we had to eat that day. I still have cramping and so does she. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
