I ordered a Mcchiken, with fries and a small chicken wrap. 1 hour after eating I started feeling sluggish, stomachache, it was heavy as if I had trouble digesting I started to have nausea and then hot flashes.
I took a Vogalene, the next morning stomach and belly pain I had 4x bowel movements.
I ate lunch properly.

It's not the first time McDonald's made me sick, I won't go there again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
