I ate McDonalds last night: a New York wrap, 9 nuggets and fries
My spouse: 9 nuggets, a McDonald's croc and fries
This morning he woke up early with stomach cramps, I also had them but very slightly I did not worry. Then it happened to him and it got worse, I couldn't get up all day (too weak), I swallowed 3 pastas and vomited as a result, then 1 orange that I also vomited. So I haven't eaten anything all day, impossible.
Not to mention stomach cramps and feeling very unwell all day long. I am very tired. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
