McDonald’s Napoli airport

Viale Fulco Ruffo di Calabria, Napoli, 80144 Campania, Italy

Ate around 9am in the McDonald’s in Naples airport.
Double chicken BBQ meal with a strawberry milkshake.
Began to feel sick on the plane about 4/5 hours later. 6/7 hours later the vomiting began and continued until about 11pm. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
