Had a sandwich that included salami and mozzarella around 13h. Started feeling nauseous about 3 hrs later, 19h started with diarrhea and an hour later with vomiting. That was all I had eaten that day up to that point so I'm assuming it was the culprit. Thankfully… See more

Friday 30, January. Noon. Three of us had the Capricciosa pizza. We all had stomach nausea. I ate the most and all ingredients on the pizza. I had nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. The nausea started about 5 hours after eating, vomiting several hours later, diarrhea followed.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate around 9am in the McDonald’s in Naples airport.
Double chicken BBQ meal with a strawberry milkshake.
Began to feel sick on the plane about 4/5 hours later. 6/7 hours later the vomiting began and continued until about 11pm.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
