Picked up both a ranch grilled and southwest crispy chicken salad for my partner and I for dinner. Drove home and hate together, within an hour I had severe diarrhea and vomiting with over the top nausea. I stayed home from work the next day because the nausea persisted, though the sudden vomiting and diarrhea had subsided. My partner was not affected by his ranch grilled chicken salad.
