Picked up both a ranch grilled and southwest crispy chicken salad for my partner and I for dinner. Drove home and hate together, within an hour I had severe diarrhea and vomiting with over the top nausea. I stayed home from work the next day because the nausea persisted, though the sudden vomiting and diarrhea had subsided. My partner was not affected by his ranch grilled chicken salad. However, I had the same thing happen exactly a week prior with the same meal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
