On the way to work this morning at about 6:30am I had a Sausage McGriddle and a hash brown. When I bit into the hash brown I noticed it tasted kind of funny--like a sink, almost--but I ignored it because I don't expect much from McDonalds anyway. Now here I am at about 4:30pm puzzled over a sudden onset of nausea. Not even fifteen more minutes passed before I was hunched over the toilet with terrible cramps. I threw up everything I had eaten today which, aside from the McDonalds, was not very much. It is now 6:10pm and the cramps and nausea still continue. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
