I ordered my food after waiting about 3-4 minutes I recieved my order. The first thing I ate were the chicken nuggets. I found a weird piece of clear substance in my chicken nugget. Thought it was just fat so I continued to eat my meal. After eating the nuggets I ate my fries. Didn't finish the fries completely and moved on to the apple pie. After taking 2 bites from the apple pie my stomach started to bother me.. I thought it was nothing but gas.. I relieved myself of the gas then about 10-15 minutes later I started to feel pains in my stomach and felt as if I needed to use the bathroom. I rushed home to do so. I threw up and had diarreha. I took some pepto and went to bed woke up the next morning with the same issue along with feelings of dizziness and a slightly elevated fever. After taking a few more pepto bismal sand drinking a lot of water I've started to feel a little better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Gas, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
