Our family stopped into McDonald’s between 2-230pm. I had a #9 , 2 cheeseburgers & fries. Nausea started around 5pm. Stomach pain & gurgling started around 6pm. Violent diarrhea started at 8pm until 10am this morning, with intermittent vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
