Food Safety Report: McDonald's, North Cedar Bluff Road, Knoxville, TN, United States.

Ate 2 McChicken sandwiches and fries at about 7:30pm Tuesday night. Was running to the bathroom starting about 9:30. My husband ate a quarter pounder with cheese and shared fries with no consequences. Have somewhat recovered from the nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. Temp is almost back to normal. Still having issues with diarrhea 4 days later but I also suffer a primary immune deficiency which makes it harder to clear something like this. I tend to suspect this was the source since I am very careful with food preparation and only eat out on rare occasion when there isn't any other choice. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
