Cold Meal Causes Illness - McDonald's, London England

Ate here last night (3rd July 2022) around 6/7pm. Around midnight I started feeling pains in my stomach but just went to sleep. At 5am I woke up out of my sleep because I was in pain. I had really bad cramps in my stomach. I sat on the toilet for 1hour and half before finally being able to use the toilet. I’ve been nauseous and had constant diarrhoea.
I ate chips, nuggets, mozzarella sticks and I believe some kind of chicken legend (maybe the crispy chicken Italiano) which all came pretty much stone cold. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Something else, Cramps, Stomach Pain
