We ordered 2 Quarter Pounder w/cheese meals and 2 Big Mac meals on 9/28/24. By 10/02/24 I had stomach cramps, was nauseous 24/7, and had diarrhea. Within a few days I started throwing up everything (including water) multiple times per day and had the chills with a slight fever. Symptoms lasted for about 2 weeks and I haven’t thrown up since since 10/16.My son also got sick but did not throw up, however he did have diarrhea for several days and went to an InstaCare once it became bloody. They confirmed blood in his stool but couldn’t find a reason and told him to keep hydrated and see his regular doctor if he wasn’t feeling better in a few days.
Another son just didn’t feel good for a couple days the week of 10/07. My husband was unaffected. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Fever, Chills, Bloody Stool
