Fries, Shake: Undigested Ordeal - McDonald's, Oregon Wisconsin

I ate McDonalds around 9:30 pm, went to bed feeling the normal amount of disgusting after eating McDonald's. Woke up around 8:45 am with a stomach ache, took Pepto Bismol, wasn't able to go to work, tried to nap, vomited large chunks of fries and shake that apparently hadn't been digested after 14 hours. Continued to feel disgusting with a migraine, back ache, and stomach ache for the entire day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Migraine
