Round 1:00 I ordered a Double Bacon Smoke house burger and I didn't Realize wat I was eating until I was Half way Thru eating it But wen I finally Looked at my Burger and it Was was Raw meat I am Now in The Hospital and On Medicine Because of it now I'm Sick and this is not the first time this has happened and I'm sick of it... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

That’s horrific
Ever since McDonald’s switches to fresh, not frozen, beef it’s been a nightmare. I’m in DFW area and I stopped eating at McDonalds. On two occasions I got very undercooked meat. They should go back to pre-cooked frozen. They don’t have adequate quality control or employees to ensure safety.
