I ate McDonald's around 7:30 p.m. November 11th 2016. I ordered the you pick 2 promotion for $3 and a order of medium fries. On my way home, my stomach was extremely uncomfortable and I had diarrhea as soon as I got back about 30 minutes later. This never happens when I eat healthier food something is definitely wrong with their food. I honestly think that they're lying when they said they made their food healthier. I don't eat McDonald's often so it was easy to tell that this was the factor. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
