My daughter was starving last night and we stopped for McDonald's. At first she was served a sprite that tasted funny, like sushi. We exchanged it for a coke. The burger was supposed to have 2 patties but only had one. I am concerned about the quality and safety from her throwing up all day today and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea
