Bought bacon ranch salad with grill chicken around 5pm. Put in fridge. Ate around 11pm. Symptoms start when I was asleep around 7am. Experienced stomach pains and lot of gas. Went to bathroom. Afterwards started to vomit. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain
