Messy Store, Sick After Milkshake - McDonald's, Pawleys Island South Carolina

My daughter and I ate there around 4 pm around Oct 16. I felt very sick after eating a chocolate milkshake. I broke into a sweat and felt as if I was going to vomit. Like I had consumed some sort of nasty , spoiled ingredient. The place was full of insects flying around. The tables were covered in crumbs and dried food. Very nasty .garbage cans overflowing in the dining rooms with flying insects all over the place | Symptoms: Nausea, Sweating
