Friday April 14 3 o'clock had a Big Mac meal. Within 30 minutes extreme nausea and cramping within an hour extreme diarrhea. The kind of thing you see on the walls of a public restroom and wonder how it got there...now I know. McStomach Ache | Symptoms: Diarrhea
