The fries tasted funny, but being hungry I ate them. 3hrs later body started aching, stomach got hard. Fever came around. Around 4pm I started vomiting only the fries. Hour later I vomited more fries and some yellow ish mucus. Not I'm sitting home taking pepto bismol.

Big Mac Meal Nausea

Friday April 14 3 o'clock had a Big Mac meal. Within 30 minutes extreme nausea and cramping within an hour extreme diarrhea. The kind of thing you see on the walls of a public restroom and wonder how it got there...now I know. McStomach Ache
