Details of the poisoning. 7 of us had lunch in McDonald's restaurant in Salou at about 16:15 on 9th April 2026. 4 got beef burgers meals and 3 got chicken meals. All 4 who had the beef burgers meals have become unwell. The only food item those unwell had in common was the beef burgers from McDonald's. Person 1, became unwell with vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, and headaches, symptoms started after 30 minutes. Person 2 and 3, became unwell with vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, and headaches, symptoms started after 2 hours. Person 3 because unwell with diarrhea, nausea, and headaches, symptoms started after 16 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
