Last Saturday we went to McDonalds in Essex Junction.  I got a cheeseburger and my friend got some kind of meatball sandwich.  I got violently ill and so did she.  I am starting to feel better but this is the 2nd time in a month. McDonalds It happened on 2 different occasions and cannot comprehend how they are still open.  I did report it with the state | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever
