I got McDonalds on Sat or Sunday - Big Mac, Cheeseburger a doctors Fries. I was up all night with diarrhea, vomiting and today Wednesday seeing a doctor because I cannot eat have severe cramps and bloating  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Bloating
