Only think I ate on 6/7/17 was a bacon mcdouble and medium fry from Mcdonalds on Pendleton Pike. At 3 the next morning I had intense stomach pains to where I couldn't sleep all night and was in the bathroom throwing up several times. It lasted all throw out the night and the next day. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
