Filet o fish meal and chicken selects, Had family meal for lunch everyone fine.I drove from London to hull And stopped at Peterborough services for McDonald’s. I ate the fillet of fish meal with fries and three chicken selects. I start to feel sick Approximately two hours after this. I was able to go to sleep that evening, but the next day my stomach was hurting a lot and I had bad diarrhoea. I left work early at 3 o’clock when I got back this continued and then I vomited around 6 o’clock. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
