Went there around 11:30. Ordered a chicken wrap meal, chicken nugget happy meal and a double cheese burger. From 7pm I was violently being sick followed by diarrhoea at 9pm. I have lost count how many times I was up being sick and had the runs. The time is now 6am and I’m still feeling like I’m going to be sick and have the runs again. I will never had mcd again, this has put me off for life as I never want to risk being that poorly again and for my son to get it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
