I ate a crispy chicken snack wrap at McDonald's in Mt. Vernon around 5:00 PM today. Since about 6 PM, I have had a fever and have been throwing up and using the restroom since. I feel awful and that was the first/only thing I have eaten today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
