Became severely ill within a couple of hours of eating two Sausage and Cheese McMuffins just after 1am on 11/03/2019. Have lost 7 pounds in less than 24 hrs due to excessive diarrhea and vomiting, and I'm still trying to rehydrate plus recover. Lesser symptoms are persisting. Other issues experienced were spasms from fluid loss, nausea, GERD, chills, shaking from weakness, sore stomach, and so forth. Up to the point of ingesting the McMuffin I had been fine; plus, one other person shared common food items with me except for the McMuffin without incident. I am rarely sick in such a manner on any level, and this has made me nothing short of violently ill. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Chills, Shaking, Soreness
