Was leaving to head back to Indianapolis and got a #2 ketchup and cheese only and a medium fry. Ate it then within 4 hours I was violently puking nauseous blurred vision and pounding headache. Just starting to feel better since 3pm yesterday | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Blurry vision
