At 11:30 PM I ordered a six piece chicken nugget meal with medium fries and a small strawberry banana smoothie. I woke up at 7 AM with intense stomach pain and water diarrhea. It has been two days and my symptoms have not subsided. I have also spiked a 99.8° fever and I am only feeling worse as time goes on. McDonald’s was the only thing I had to eat that day so I am pretty sure that McDonald’s gave me food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
