Food Safety Report: McDonald's, Reservoir Avenue, Cranston, RI, United States.

I ate 2 Big Macs on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 around 2pm and thought it tasted a little funny. The taste was a little zingy and I quickly put it out of my mind and summed it up to the secret sauce. It wasn't until later that night around 8pm that I started getting sick. I had pain in my abdominal on the right side which caused me to think it was my appendix. My husband told me it's either food poisoning or the flu and we'd know by morning if we needed to go to the ER or see a doctor. By morning, the pain in my abdominal area had subsided but I couldn't eat; just toast and Gatorade to replace the fluids I lost. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
