Kids Unwell After Happy Meal - McDonald's, Yvorne Vaud

My kids had a happy meal with chicken nuggets & a small cheese burger. My son is throwing up all of it & not even 15 mins after we left the Mc Donald’s. He didn’t finish his meal as he said he wouldn’t want to eat Mc Donald’s in the future as it doesn’t really taste that good after all.
I suspect he already must have felt something. My daughter didn’t have to throw up but ate very little of it. Had 1 bite of the cheeseburger & said she didn’t want to eat it anymore.
Probably thankfully she didn’t… | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
