I had started the day out with a bottle of water for breakfast, as it was the quickest thing available. I went to school and for lunch had a v8 drink and a small bag of lays cheddar chips. After school was over, I went to McDonald's with a friend and ordered a medium fry and a cinnamelt. The few hours after I got home I felt okay, until I started to feel nauseous, and my legs were shaky and weak. I couldn't eat or drink anything, as I felt disgusting. When I went to sleep, I tossed and turned all night with stomach cramps, until I ran to the bathroom at 3 in the morning vomiting. Soon after that, it was the other way around. After this, I felt a little better but not by much and I was unable to fall asleep. At around six in the morning, I threw up again and had to stay home from school. The previous things I ate before McDonald's could not have given me food poisoning because they were packaged and distributed by the school, and nobody else had the symptoms I did, and water could not have done this. I ordered a cinnamelt and a medium fry. My friend shared my fries with me and did not have any problems so I am assuming it was the cinnamelts. I have been in extreme pain and can't walk around anywhere in my house without a trashcan accompanying me because of how many times I have vomited. I can't keep anything down without it coming back up and I am dehydrated but my system won't let me keep anything in it. I haven't had a fever and I feel that this is food poisoning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Cramps, Fever

You need a doctor before you get dehydrated and hypoglycemic. This is serious
