Fish Sandwich Illness Report - Mcdonald's, Romulus Michigan

It was pretty close to closing time when I stopped by a local McDonald's and ordered a fish sandwich and fries. It look a long wait for me to receive my food. I ate it once I got it however, I got full and finished the rest 10-15 minutes after once I returned home.
