I got sick and threw up after 2 bites of chicken nuggests and one bite of fillet o fish sandwich w/o tartet sauce. I think it was the fillet of fish! My stomach was in pain..pain was followed by nausea, chills & vomiting... | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
