Bundle Box Illness Strikes - McDonald's, Rio Grande New Jersey

4 years ago reported by user-tcdt9734 business

McDonald's, Route 9 South, Rio Grande, NJ, USA

3201 Route 9 South, Rio Grande, 08242 New Jersey, United States

I had purchased the Phillys’ Bundle Box and when I got back to the house, I had eaten the 2 Big Macs that come with the meal. Didn’t taste funny or anything, a bit later about 15 minutes I had the 10 piece chicken McNugget. That was that I didn’t touch the fries or the 2 small cheeseburgers. I went about my day and only felt slightly nauseous, like something was churning in my stomach but not so intense that I couldn’t go out to stores and such. Day goes on, hadn’t eaten anything else just drank the coke that came with my meal and sipped a jug of water. 2 AM rolls around and I thought I had to just diarrhea. So I go in to the bathroom and before I even turn to sit on the toilet it hits me. I vomited for around 2 minutes and couldn’t catch my breath. I thought that it was over finally and used the toilet for #2 and went back to the bedroom. Drank some water and tried to sleep. Not even 15 minutes later I had to get up and run to the bathroom, vomited for what felt like 5 minutes until nothing else came up. #2 again and brushed my teeth, went to bed and actually managed to sleep for around 45 minutes before waking up in a cold sweat and unconsciously groaning. I knew what was to come and thought if I got up I would spew all over the side of the bed. Finally it reached a point where it was going to happen whether I was laying down or not. I ran right to the bathroom and back at it I was. It was like clockwork. This continued on a cycle of around 20-30 minutes, I’m at the point now I want to have my stomach pumped because there’s so much and it ate so little. This was this location. Please nobody, NOBODY, give them business. I have had food poisoning before and this has been the worst I’ve ever had. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating
