Fish Filet Illness Report - McDonald's, England

Hi. I only eat fish and no other meats. For the first time I tried the fillet of fish from this McDonald’s. I encountered a severe headache that evening following sickness, fever, vomiting and diahrea. This hasn’t now been going on for nearly 5 days with no intentions of clearing up yet.

My doctor has told me I’ve got food poisoning from uncooked meat. Which has led to a stomach infection. And a week off work and uni. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
