Suspected McFlurry Illness - McDonald's, Royan Nouvelle-Aquitaine

The burger was certainly good, but I suspect the Mcflurry made me sick, the texture was a bit strange but it didn't alert me that much. The next day I found myself with a fever of 38.8, diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, and weakness throughout my body.
