Big Mac Causes Severe Illness - McDonald's, Freilassing Bayern

Ate a hamburger royal ts and a Big Mac at McDonald's on 14/4/24 between 1-2 o'clock in the morning. Woke up the next morning with severe stomach pain, nausea and vomiting. Which had dragged on into the evening. Every small sip of water I took was excreted. Get diarrhea too. Now 16.4 I still have diarrhea and nausea and stomach pain | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps
