Ate a hamburger royal ts and a Big Mac at McDonald's on 14/4/24 between 1-2 o'clock in the morning. Woke up the next morning with severe stomach pain, nausea and vomiting. Which had dragged on into the evening. Every small sip of water I took was excreted.…
