Hello, yesterday noon, we ate at Macdonald with my partner and my in-laws. I had two large fries, and 2 double cheeses. And since then I have been ill. Around 18:00 my stomach started to hurt a lot of gas and horse breath with every burp I did. And around 4 am, memorable diarrhea, folded in half, large quantities of gas, and liquid stools.
