The day before yesterday. Mc Donald Bugibba Malta  I ate a Big Tasty meal with fries and a mc toast in the evening and during all night was very hard to digest. In the morning I woke up vomiting and feeling chills and fever. Then during the morning I vomited 3 more times and didn’t eat all day cause of nausea. Fever 39 during all day. Today (2 days after) I still have hearth burning and stomach acidity   | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
